The Project Agency DLR invited also Mrs. Vera Stercken from BMBF and Prof. Klaus Eisenack from University of Oldenburg, who was leader of a Junior Research Group in the past. So it was a great opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with different people about various aspects on global change. As all project leaders gave a short presentation about their projects, we were informed about the research done and to be done in several fields like politics and society, ecology, climate research, land use, greenhouses gas \/ nutrient fluxes and water management. New contacts were established so that synergetic effects by combining the work of several research groups could be achieved.
