Upcoming Seventh Workshop-Conference: Weiter Sehen – The Handmaid’s Tale

For its seventh workshop-conference on November 2-3, 2018, the network ‘Weiter Sehen’ at the TU Dresden focuses on the series The Handmaid’s Tale (2017 -), based on Margaret Atwood’s book of the same name. As with the previous workshop-conferences, the group of researchers from cultural, literary, and social studies will approach the series from an interdisciplinary perspective, with presenters including apl. Prof. Angelika Köhler and Gesine Wegner from the chair of North American Literature, Mirjam Frotscher, Wieland Schwanebeck, and Prof. Katja Kanzler (Leipzig).

Where: Veranstaltungssaal, Saxon State Agency for Civic Education (SLpB)

The participation fee is 8/5 Euro and may be paid on site.
