Interdisciplinary Summer School Social Sciences meet Health Care: "Inclusive Innovation in Health Care"

How to Apply?

The Interdisciplinary Summer School will be an excellent opportunity to meet with your peers. In order to ensure an atmosphere that is both creative and productive, applications of scholars from various scientific backgrounds are encouraged. We are especially looking for interdisciplinary talents originated in multiple fields of expertise, such as economics, business administration, informatics, medicine, education science, or philosophy, with linkages to social sciences and health care.

Explicit target group for this event are researchers, who are in an early stage of their academic career, such as PhD students, post-docs, and junior faculty, from all over the world. Participants can receive 3 ECTS credits for attending the Interdisciplinary Summer School.

In order to apply, please prepare the following documents:

  • your CV (expressive, but max. 2 pages)
  • your list of publications
  • an abstract of one of your current or future research projects that covers the broad topic of “Inclusive Innovation in Health Care” (max. 500 words)

Please submit these documents via e-mail to summerschool.gsw@tu-dresden.de. After your submission has been checked for completeness, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Please consider the following deadlines:

  • Application deadline:June 1st, 2014 (Submission is now closed)
  • E-mail notification upon acceptance: June 21st, 2014

 

 

 

Participation at the 1. Interdisciplinary Summer School Social Sciences meet Health Care is limited to 20 participants (junior faculty members).

Senior faculty is also welcome to join the event. Please get in tough with us for participation details.
